How to loose body/stomach fat healthily and effectivly?

i am not a ‘fat’ kid, im not even really chubby, i just have a little bit of fat on my body, and especially my stomach. i want to get rid of it so it can reveal my six pac (wich i would have if it wasn’t covered), can anyone help me, and give me some effective diets and workouts? Some tips on workouts and eating habits would be great, and even maybe some good recipes that will help me out with this?
