How to loose body/stomach fat healthily and effectivly?
i am not a ‘fat’ kid, im not even really chubby, i just have a little bit of fat on my body, and especially my stomach. i want to get rid of it so it can reveal my six pac (wich i would have if it wasn’t covered), can anyone help me, and give me some effective diets and workouts? Some tips on workouts and eating habits would be great, and even maybe some good recipes that will help me out with this?

TRY THE LEMONADE DIET. IT WILL MEALT ALL YOUR FATS AND TOXINS AWAY. IT WILL EVEN KILL THE VIRUS THAT CAUSES OBESITY.
Just eat whole grains like oatmeal or brown rice once a day, every day for about three months. Do light cardio and do situps,4-5 days a week; again for three months and let the nature do the rest. Gradual lasts the longest. It takes three weeks from starting to seeing the results.
there are some great womans weeklylow fat food diet books out. i found the most effective for me to lose tummy fat was a fitness ball and a workout dvd its only 10 mins a day but you feel the affects right away
What I have learned from various nutritional and work-out coaches(&I am getting back to bacis, to ‘take my own advice’!)- Everyone’s hand size is not the same, so my portion would not be the same as yours- Your portions should be n o b i g g e r t h a n your fist!! A complete b a l a n c e d meal consist of: 1- starchy vegetable; 1-green veget.; & 1-l e a n chicken or turkey; beef, only twice a week because of the fat content. Only 1 day a week you may have something sweet- in moderation!- You wil lose on this diet if you put your heart into it and your body in motion!!
The fastest safest and healthiest way for you to loose a bit of belly fat is by power walking. You simply walk fast enough to increase you heart rate and keep it up for at least 15 minutes( an hour is ideal) three or four days a week.
