How to loose stomach fat?
I want to loose my stomach fat. im a 13 year old girl and im in pretty good shape but i have a bit of a gut. I wouldnt say i was fat or chunky, or plump or pudgy, im just a bit soggy around the middle. i need some exercises or diet help. I am strong and a good runner so im not out of shape, just needign to get rid of the fat.
Odds are it is just natural baby fat that girls have until they get older. If you run on a fairly usual basis, then my conclusion is baby fat. Give it two more years and it’ll be gone. Good luck.
