How to loose stomach fat??
i want to loose fat on my stomach and its only on my stomach so what do i eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. i dont know why but when i have a shirt on i dont look fat but when i take it off their is some fat. im also 14. and i cant go to the gym so what are some exercises that you can do at home that help you loose fat on your stomach

One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle.
To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is no such exercise. Spot reduction does not exist.
There are a plethora of exercises out there to tone, firm and strengthen your core (abs), but non of them will eliminate the ‘fat’ around your stomach.
In order to lose that ’stomach fat’, you’ll need to make some lifestyle changes to lose total body fat.. which will include your stomach.
It’s a simple math equation. You need to burn (use) more calories than you take in (consume).
