Research studies showed how interval training was superior to slow cardio for fat loss, and how heavier resistance training was far more effective at burning calories and burning belly fat than the traditional "high-reps to get cut" approach.
I’ve struggled for 3 years to get rid of the stomach fat caused by pregnancy. Those love handles and a stomach hanging over the jeans… depressing!. Then a work collegue told me about a program that he had just completed, and the results were evident with him. In 30 days he had lost over 30lbs, toned up really well, and looked very healthy. In the past I have tried gym programs that worked to a point, but they were all so time consuming and costly and the results took a long time to show forth. I admit I was very skeptical but his testimony was enough to inspire me to see if it really worked like he said it did.
Finally there’s been a breakthrough. In the last 4 weeks I have lost a total of 7.5 inches…Thighs 2 inches, bottom 2 inches, hips 1.5 inches, stomach 2 inches! My butt and leg is noticeably firmer and I’m already feeling so much better about myself. I haven’t felt this healthy in almost 3 years and a lot of people have remarked that my appearance has improved…it’s done a lot to improve my morale. My simple advice is, you have to sacrifice and spend just a few bucks to get a personal advice from a reputable trainer. You don’t need to spend a fortune to do it just like i do. Previously I’ve learned the hard way; internet is full of scumbag and scam using publicity gimmick waiting to rip off people like us.

There is no proven way on how to target one part of fat on your body, my recommendation would be to do cardio for 30 minutes a day and try some stomach exercises, other then that the food you put in is just as important as working out, cut the sugars and the junk food out but don’t starve yourself.
Tae Bo has helped me with that because it’s a body shaping work out. There are many excellent crunches that will work both tour stomach and obliques. I have provided the links below for you. Good luck on the try-outs!
A.You could stretch for half an hour or more every day.
B.You could go to your local gym and work out fore a hour.
C.You could not eat as much.
D.Not eat dessert after dinner or when you normally eat.
E.All of the above.
I would try one or two of these options hope you make the dance team.

I’m sorry to say there is no magic Weight loss technique or pill, You have to do it properly and it takes hard work
Try the following
. Aerobics (some free videos are on you tube)
. Walk to places instead of driving (you get toned legs and before you know it you can walk miles with out feeling it and become for fit)
. Join a gym
. Exercise before breakfast so your burning up stored fat (but don’t skip breakfast)
. Do crunches
. Buy a pilates DVD (they are like £5 from amazon, they are just exercises that help you loose Weight and tone up)
. Sit ups
. Eat healthy
. Sauna (burns a load of fat)
