How to loose stomach fat fast and healthy?
My entire life I’ve never really built up any fat on my stomach, but now I am starting to. I would like some tips on how to loose stomach fat without having to do all those situps and muscle building excercises first.
I want to burn the fat than when I’m satisfied, thats when I will start toning.
What are some ideas? natural fast results are a plus aswell. Thank you

The most effective way of flattening your stomach:
1. strength training (with a extra focus on mid-section) such as flexion exercises (crunch, sit-up, etc.), side flexion exercises (side bends, side crunches, etc.), rotational exercises (trunk rotations, standing twists, etc.).
2. Cardiovascular exercise (short, hard workouts) such as walking, jogging, swimming, cycling or roller blading/aerobic sports
3. Changes eating habits
- Eliminate processed foods and dairy (including cheese, yogurt, etc.)
-Try to eat 5-6 smaller meals in a day. This will keep you full, and will prevent spikes in your blood sugar.
- Eating high quality protein (such as chicken, turkey, fish, tuna, etc) will help you lose your belly fat as these foods take a lot of energy to digest.
- Fruits and vegetables will help you lose your belly fat because they are not very calorie dense.
