do cardio,situps,crunches,leg raises,and eat healthy,such as veggies, fruits.no sugars.eat proteins and carbs,not too many though.try to take a multivitamin each day.and you should be good if you do that.
I think swimming is a good way. It’ll keep you nice and cool during those hot sweaty summers, and you’ll have fun and you’ll have that stomach gone.
well i think the fastest way someone can loose wieght, is not to eat and exercise a lot. but of course thats not the healthy way if you want to loose wieght eat right and exercise but start a.s.a.p. and you have to be consistant with it.

best thing you can do is eat properly and get a lot of excersise…just cut out crappy food like chips and cookies ( and ice cream too…)

Just start moving your body more than you normally do. Run or job, ride your bike..any type of physical activity gets the metabolism going and you’ll burn more calories and lose weight. Just make sure that you don’t start eating more.
Quit playing games on the computer and XBox and play them in real life..basketball, baseball, football..whatever.
