How to loose stomach/belly fat?
By age 13? I want to loose ALL my stomach/belly fat & have no blubber at all . I am not a lazy person or anything ..so what can i do to loose all this fat i haveon my stomach?

eat healthy no fast foods. no soda as well! cuting out bad sugars will help. keep active and you’ll say bye to the belly soon enough!
Don’t use the lap band! It gave me diahrreah!

you could alway work your abs.
low calories meal, Drink allot of water for cleansing and sit-ups don’t do side to side it will make your sides all huge
and don’t listen to Carkie seriously pills don’t work there just advertisment. there not real stories i had one on all of my fitness questions.
tryr to eat healither. and dont do a million situps because while it does strengthen your abbs, it doesent burn fat so it can actually end up making you look even bigger. running or walking is the best was to burn callories and eventually youre belly fat. good luck!
get on the treadmil and run–FAST for as long as you can while flexing your stomach muscles. do sit ups with light weight and do them as fast as you can. the important thing to think about while exercizing is to focus on getting your heart racing and to feel your stomach burn, because cardio is what is going to burn fat.
I’d start by getting off of Yahoo Answers and hitting the gym.
Contrary to popular belief moving around instead of sitting in a chair does a number on all that fat!
You could also just hold your breath. Your body will begin to eat the fat and the oxygen released will then be used so you can breath without inflating your lungs.

Eat healthy, low calorie foods and work out A LOT.
For a while it might actually look like you have MORE fat around the belly because underneath the fat you already have, your muscles are growing.
The way to take care of that is to do a lot of cardiovascular exercise (running, swimming etc.)to burn off the fat on top. Once you find out your daily caloric needs, aim to eat 500 fewer calories than that. You will notice that you have lost significant weight in a month. Make sure your motivated to exercise and do in constantly. If you slack off even for a week you’ll lose a surprisingly large amount of your fitness. Stay away from greasy foods like fast food and pizza places. Also try to eat less saturated fat. Losing weight is actually as simple as burning more calories than you consume.
There are two effective methods that will build a lean midesction and they are….
1. resistance training – Focus on exercises that penetrate the abdominal wall indirectly instead of engaging the abs directly. For example, do woodchops with medicine ball, snatches with dumbells, and burpees instead of sit-ups and crunches.
Here’s something that most people don’t know, and I wish advertiser would stop spreading the lies but doing crunches and sit-ups are by fat the LEAST effective method of achieving a flat stomach. If you do what I mentioned above you’ll shed fat in the middle and flatten your belly as well.
2. Lastly, eat the foods that will flatten your belly instead of foods that will get it thick and bulky. Here’s what to do:
Eat natural, whole foods. Stay away from anything that’s in a bag, box or a can. They are usually loaded with sugar. You want to also stay away from refined processed carbs.
