leg lifts, stomach crunches, running. also dont eat cheese, chocolate, whole milk, etc (IN EXCESS!!). and stop eating after 8 p.m
Only eat one peice of bread per day for lunch, dinner, and breakfast (no snacks), and drink fluids regularly (only water), and jog 2-3 miles each day.

low carbs (this does not mean none or only one serving. choose good whole grain breads and pastas, and have 2-4 servings a day. keep in mind one piece of bread is a serving and only 1 cup of rice or pasta is a serving, not an entire bowl full).
high protein and low sugar are also important. try to keep your sugar intake under 15 grams a day (fruit has a lot of sugar, and while it is healthy and shouldnt be cut out, for a quick fix to cut down on belly fat short term, stick to fruit with less sugar). also, stick to lean proteins like fish, chicken and lean cuts of pork.
for exercise, find out what your fat burning heart rate range is, and stick inside that range. you can find this out easily with a quick google search. get a heart monitor (the ones on treadmills and such are often quite inaccurate). going over this heart rate is good for your heart, but you dont burn much calories.
also, drink lots of water (aim for AT LEAST 2L a day, but over doing it is dangerous. dont drink very large volumes of water in a short period of time) and cut back on salt as much as you can. eating too much salt and not enough water makes you retain water and look bloated.
