hi i’m parenting now. my first baby was born last month. but now I have a many fat and I dont like my body now. I want to go back in shape. anybody know how to lose my weight, the fastest way to lose fat?

I don’t know if you are breastfeeding or not but if you are then you are well on your way to losing that weight faster than if you weren’t breastfeeding. Breastfeeding can burn up to 500 calories a day!
Since you just had your baby one month ago you are still healing and can not do much exercise still. Once you get the okay from your doctor at your six week postpartum check up then you can do more exercising.
As of now, if you feel comfortable walking then put your baby in a stroller and take him out for a little walk around the block.
Eating right and healthy is very important as well! No junk food, sodas, candy or anything that would be considered as unhealthy.

I would suggest breast feeding as this burns about 500 cal a day, but if your not breast feeding maybe you could try sit ups to burn fat and tone your belly.
Maybe you could try going swimming with your new born.
