How to lose belly fat for a 16 year old?
I’m 16, 5’8, and 120 pounds. As you can tell I’m not fat but my stomach isn’t the smallest. I mean, its not big or anything, it’s just not FLAT. I’m really tiny all over except my boobs and stomach. How do I get rid of my stomach fast?
Every day, lay down on your back. Then try to bring both your legs up in the air at a 90 degree angle. You should resemble a L shape. Bring your legs back to the ground again, but don’t let your heels touch the ground (it should hover just above it before you go up again), then bring your legs up again to resemble the L. Keep doing this until the muscles in your tummy starts to hurt. It should start to hurt after 15 ups and downs. (More if you’re already fit) Keep going for another 5 or 10. So at least, every day or every other day do 25 of those.
Don’t know what they call this exercise, but it’s a nice one that I do with my Taekwon-do mates here in Beijing.
As for your boobs, eat less chicken or food that has chemicals in them that makes the food product grow.
