How to lose belly fat? Help needed?
Ok, now im 16 yrs old. 5’4 and 160lbs. I’m not big, just thick but a shapely thick. I just need to get rid of some of this belly. I know i cant target one spot,but all over the body would be good, but im mainly focused on my stomach. My mom is a health consultant and she is good at what she do. I got some ideas from her, but i would want some others. Sometimes when i wear shirts i feel uncomfortable. And i wear a lot of Aeropastale so my shirts have to be fitted. Are there any other things to do to get rid of body fat?
Try building muscle all over your body and that will help you burn fat better by raising your metabolism. Also, here are some stomach exercises that will help you tighten things up a bit in your abs in an article I found:
First of all, my best suggestion is to learn to eat healthy.Do sit ups and joging.watch them excersise videos in the morning. and Lower what you usually eat. When you want something verry bad eat half of it then give the other have to somebody else or throw it away.

my cousin has always been really thin. But she use to have a pot belly. Now she has a four pack. She simply did 50 situps a day. (took her about a month to get there.)
Or you can do what i did. Eat a salad along with every meal you take in.
I ate what i wanted and didn’t exercise, and loss 7 pounds in a week just by doing that.
Eat properly.
Loss of body fat from your stomach can be achieved by combining the following:
1. – Cardiovascular exercise
2. – Ab exercises
3. – A healthy diet with a good intake of protein.
*I suggest you do exercises such as running/jogging/skipping to get that belly jiggling and working out.
*Do ab exercises to define your abdominals – But be mindful that definition will only begin to appear once the layer of fat has been reduced on your stomach.
*Eat a healthy diet, drink lots of water, and get a good supply of protein to keep your muscles strong.
(I have been working out for the past few weeks doing on average 10km everyday – walking/running, and my belly is feeling a lot less bloated and smaller =] )
