How to lose belly fat in a month?
I like all those tight t-shirts but i have a little bit of a belly and i want that gone so when i have to go back to shool shopping i can wear those shirts can someone give me an easy exercise routine to do everyday so i can lose belly fat soon plz plz help me
Here’s an excellent way to lose weight. And no you won’t gain it back, trust me. On average people only gain a couple of pounds back by eating healthy afterwards.
You have probably heard that not eating is bad for you, but it can be very healthy too. And you don’t have to workout to do this, unless you want to.
I know people who have went on water fasts for up to 30 days and were very healthy afterwards and were fine the entire way through. People tell you that it slows down your metabolism, well yes. But what other reason do they give that it’s bad? When you get done doing it, the first couple of days only drink juice, water, and soup. Then move to whole foods. I’ve heard of people losing 20 pounds in 14 days and they were exactly my height and weight(5’8 153 lbs). But you have to drink purified water everyday and at least 6 glasses of it. You will not become anorexic as some people will say, as long as you stop before you get too skinny. And don’t go straight to food when you get done, that’s why I said juice and soup first because your body will reject the food.

Just do crunches, and lay on your back and lift your legs 6inches off the ground and hold it.
do crunches with ur knees in the air, do a few, turn ur knees left, do some, turn your knees right, make sure that you make goals, write down, I will do 500 crunches per day, or I will do crunches for 1 hour every day. You have to stick to your plan so just keep the paper somewhere that you will see it everyday. Then you will have ab’s. I got my ab’s looking good, by doing crunches, regular crunches, just i did 500-1000 of them for a few days. That’s just me maybe you can’t do that many, I personally think they are easier than pushups and much easier than chin-ups. The important thing is to do a high amount of situps. Everyday, you can take any days you need for rest if your sore.
Remember to write down your crunch goals, and then follow them everyday, if you set a goal that was too hard or you can do more, adjust your goals.
A good idea might be to get some healthy sea salt from real salt.com it will help you with muscle pains. If you work in a really hot place, they give you salt pills otherwise you get bad muscle pains. Table salt is a man made product I would recommend going with sea salt.

To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee.
