Im really getting tired of people saying "do situps and have a flatter stomach". Yes situps and crunches will definitely help you get a better defined abdominal region. No, It they will not give you the defined six pack or flat stomach. Situps and crunches along with a very dedicated diet and hella cardio, depending on the amount of fat, is the only way to great abs. There is a very slim chance that you could lose enough of your belly to suit you in a week. Unless your ridiculously conscious and theres not alot of fat at all. You could try running twice a day, First on a empty stomach, then in the evening. You have to cut your diet down to clean foods. Salad, chicken breast, tuna, salmon, turkey, and egg whites.
Do situps and crunches, i would reccomend 100 in 4 or 5 sets, but dont expect immaculate results when you dont achieve the mid-section your wanting.

Not really, belly fat is the hardest to burn off, just eat less, eat healthy and your stomach should shrink some and it will then have a flatter appearance…. you will need to diet and exercise for a while to get rid of bell fat, some of use will never get rid of it all.
eat less, drink tons of water and run forrest, run!!!

drink water, jogg, eat healthy (no carbs like rice,bread and egg yolk) and sit ups . remember that only exercise doesnt help cause u have to eat healthy too along with exercise or else what ever exercise u do, the fat u eat will cover the exercises.
Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you’re full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
