How to lose belly fat in a week?
Hey guys, okay so, i have until this friday to look good in a bikini. and i have love handles, and belly fat, but all last week, i was eating healthy, and doing abs every morning, afternoon, and night. i’ve noticed a slight difference. but is there any way at all that i can lose it? Thank you.
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
There’s good news and bad news:
Here’s the bad news: Without some kind of radical, unhealthy method of weight loss, you’re most likely not going to see the full result in 1 week.
Here’s the good news: If you start now, you should see more improvement by then.
Here are the keys. There’s two parts to this (as there is to just about any fat loss):
- diet
- exercise
You can’t "target" weight loss to a specific area of your body. When you diet and exercise, you are training your entire body.
Here’s the diet side: The goal is to burn more calories than you take in during the day. But it goes beyond just burning calories. You must take in the proper amounts of foods (which includes some "good fats"). If you already have a healthy diet then you may want to try eating less food per sitting and eating more times per day. This should help your metabolism speed up, thus burning more calories.
Now the exercise side: As I mentioned, you can’t target a section of your body to lose fat. If you wanted to build muscle, you would then target those areas. Since that’s not your goal, just keep up with a moderate amount of cardio (treadmill, running, biking, etc.). Don’t get your heart rate too high, you’ll move out of the "fat burning zone" into the "cardio building zone". Make sure you do this at least 3 to 5 times per week for an hour each.
You should start to see the fat drop and your belly will get flatter.
Make sure that you take in plenty of water. This will help keep you hydrated and help flush out your system.
Good luck.
I found this great website that helped me out. It’s got some great resources for helping you to get a flat stomach. Go to http://www.get-truth-about-abs.com
Do a body flush where it washes out your body toxins and it will clear out your digestive track. I use triple tea leaf super slimming tea. Follow the directions and maintain a 2000 calorie diet. Drink lots of water and make sure you get up to 30 minutes of exercise a day. Preferably cardio. Aerobics does it. I find that doing all of these works the best for me. It’s amazing what that tea will do too. It’s really cheap as well. You can find it at Walmart and there are no dangers with it either. When you slim down I would reduce your workouts to 3 to 4 days a week instead of everyday. Work out to much and you don’t find good results. Your body needs the rest.
