Lose Stubborn Belly Fat With These Two Tips
Read two tips to help maintain motivation and burn excess body fat.
Gradually Increase Your Exercise Time
When you first start a diet and exercise plan there is a great deal of enthusiasm which may lead to workouts that are too long or intense. Over exerting yourself early on can leave you sore and mentally fatigued.
Another negative is your body will adapt to your behavior after several weeks of exercising. If you begin with one hour workouts, you’ll need to increase the exercise time to more than one hour to get more results.
It can create a strain on your schedule and motivation if you’re facing long workouts. Starting out with shorter twenty to thirty minute workouts, will allow room to gradually increase your workout time.
What To Do If You’re Not Losing Belly Fat
Losing belly fat can take several months so it’s important to use every accomplishment as a sign of success. It’s not uncommon to work diligently with diet and exercise for several weeks without seeing a noticeable change.
Most will get discouraged and abandon their plan if they don’t see immediate benefits. Instead of focusing on what isn’t happening, you should adjust your regimen and focus on your accomplishments.
Beginning and continuing a diet is a significant accomplishment regardless of the results. If you aren’t seeing results it means your body has adapted to your behavior and will not burn additional belly fat.
Also Pay Close Attention To This:
well i usually just turn on my tv before i eat breakfast and go to the exercise section on On Demand for abs and work it out right there. Some require equipment some don’t and they usually give tips while working out.
Sit ups and crunches just defines the muscles that are beneath the fat. Cardio burns the fat – running/jogging, elliptical, swimming and walking are great way to rid the fat away. I would do 30 min. 5 days a week.
