How to lose leg weight in one month?
I am built very much like an hour glass. My waist is very small and my stomach is flat… But I have bigger hips and what I feel are thick legs. I want to lose weight down there and I’d like to have slimmed down by next month. Has anyone had and fixed the same issue? Or just have some advice?
Unfortunately your body stores fat where your body stores fat. Contrary to popular belief it doesn’t really do any better to exercise a "fat area" of the body.
You must burn calories to lose weight. Move more eat less! You must do aerobic + exercise to burn fat. Take your pick of what you like best and burn burn burn!!!
