how to lose stomach fat? or to have a flat stomach?
So Im a girl and a little overweight I want to lose a couple of pounds by the end of the year. What are good workouts for the stomach that I can do at home??I want to do this ASAP because my cousin is going to get married on feb and she wants me to be a bridesmaid
Abs are made in the kitchen – it’s 80 % Diet & 20 % Exercise so what you should try and do and cut out the excess sugar and processed foods in your life like breads, pastas, cookies, cakes, pop tarts, cereal, crackers, etc… And you need to include more high quality proteins into your diet which is what feel muscles to grow….
As for exercise, you need to get a minimum of 60 minutes of cardiovascular exercise EVERY day (like running, walking, jogging, biking, etc) and perhaps some weight bearing exercise by lifting weights 2 times a week for a minimum of 15 minutes at each time.
1) Eat several small meals a day (no large meals: don’t eat 2-3 big meals). This helps your metabolism. When you only eat a couple times a day your body gets hungry and saves all the fats and sugars from what you eat opposed to eating several times. When you eat more often during a day your body knows it will get food soon so it doesn’t bother keeping the unwanted materials in food.
2) Excercise 1 hour a day or more by doing curl-ups/sit-ups and use a treadmill or just run/jog for 5 minutes then walk for 10 and run/jog for 5 and keep doing this for about 30 minutes or so.
3) Don’t eat chocolates and chips or anything with a lot of trans fat.
