i been doing some sit ups and push ups for about 4 weeks and i want to get muscles and abbs and lose a lot of weight and belly fat.how long will it take me and about how much will i lose

you should do a lot of cardio with max heart rate i.e on high resistance for atleast 45 min 4 days ,when u do high intensity you burn fat all day long and still stick with ur abs and push ups and try doing pullups with assist ,try not to eat bread and rice for atleastt few days till u see some results and concentrate more on protein,friuts and veggie
