HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND WHAT KIND OF FOOD SHOULD I EAT?
So, i wanted to lose weight in my thigh area and get some fat off my butt. What exercises can i do to lose some of the fat or gradually lose it. I used to swim 5 days a week each day for 2 hours because of swim team. But, ive quit for about a year and a half, but i want to go back next season. ALSO! is their any foods i should eat, and i shouldnt eat? Thank you very much!
1. dont starve yourself, eat moderately
2. dont skip breakfast. eat cereal (it helps promote healthy body weight)
3. drink plenty of water
4. dont eat right before you go to bed. wait at least an hour before you go to bed after dinner.

dont do it. try aerobics. daily exercise routines are way more effective than dieting
Just don’t eat junk, stick to fresh foods (i.e. vegetables/some protein from meat/beans, carbs from oats).

I’d minimize your starches that you eat and no sweets as they are calories that might turn into fat.
I wouldn’t eat too much beef, but rather eat more fish & chicken. Also, you can eat vegetables such as broccoli & salads with only a little dressing. Try to walk at least 40 mins. per day. When you’re watching TV try to exercise while you’re watching. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Google food pyramid and your work will be done for you. There are no magic pills or foods. What we need as a nation and individuals in that nation is to eat a balanced diet; that is, protein, dairy, whole grains, fruits, vegetables and yes fats and sweets sparingly. OK?
Foods you should eat: Plenty of veggies, grains, and protein
Foods you shouldn’t eat alot of: Snack foods, oily or fried foods, and starches
As for the excersise, you can lay on your back and move your legs in circles like your riding a bike, do wall-squats, run and jog, and stretch your mucles.
avoid high calorie food… eat complex carbs like brown bread… avoid the refined carbs like white bread… eat plenty of fruits and vegetables… and avoid mindless snacking… i have found that eating 3 times a day keeps u full and lean… whereas skipping meals can lead to binge eating and mindless snacking… which is not healthy… hope that it helps
