How to lose weight in 3 months?
I need to lose weight in 3 months.. what should i do to lose the weight?… what should i eat? and what excercises should i do? please help me lol im new to this …. also i know you have to lose weight all over but im looking to lose weight on my legs mainly

The best way to lose weight is watch your diet and evercise. Eat healthy foods like fruits and veggies and lean meats. Lots of protein as it fills you up longer. Watch your carb intake but do not cut them completely unless you plan to do so permanently. The biggest mistake people make is giving up foods they love because its not going to last forever and once they reach their goal weight and try to reintroduce that favourite food, its going to cause you to gain weight. For exercise…alternate cardio and weights. Cardio can be treadmill, elliptical, running, brisk walking, cardio videos…anything to get your heart going. Then the next day do weights. Start light then work your way up. Just because it might not feel heavy doesnt mean you arent working the muscle. As for targeting a certain area…you cant. Your body will naturally drop weight in the last place you gained it. You can target an area to build muscle, but if you want to lose weight in your legs…I wouldnt try building muscle until you’ve dropped the weight or else you will just turn the fat to muscle, but never decrease the size. How much you will lose…nobody can tell you or even estimate. Just depends on you, how hard you work and how well your body handles it.
