Eat healthier. Cut down on drinks with calories – you’d be surprised how many calories you have if you have a glass or two of juice, pop, beer, etc. with lunch and dinner.
Rather than do what a lot of people do which is have a big lunch, huge dinner, and random snacks throughout the day, have a few small meals throughout the day. Do *not* skip breakfast, as it helps to speed up your metabolism and ward of hunger.
Exercise a lot. Do both cardio and weightlifting; although you’ll gain weight at first with lifting, after a couple of months it’ll help shred fat from your body due to the energy required to keep muscle.
Eat breakfast
1. Do exercises.
2. Eat fat-burning foods.
3. Be always conscious about saturated fat.
Run. A lot.

every day just run and pace yourself until you get fatigued.

i think exercise will get you the farthest. exercise and keep in the back of your mind how much you want to enlist in the air force and you’ll make it in no time.

Other then that, stop eating meat, fried foods, chips and dip, walk everywhere you go, run, lots of water, stay away from all low fat food because it really does not work, stay away from soda, don’t go to the market on an empty stomach, eat a medium breakfast, a larger lunch and a very small dinner, no bed time snacks, if you must make it vegies, fruit, etc.

You need to do cardie{run or bike or treadmill} and weights, Alternate weights with running, Running takes off the calories but you loose your energy very rapidly. Where as weights will build muscle. You should be eating every three hours. Don’t live on salads. You should be eating brown rice, egg whites,foods high in protein such as lean meats, fish. Moderate amounts of carbohydrates.Plenty of veggies but only small amounts of fruits. They have a lot of sugar.Skip all the processed and fried foods. Protein shake are great after work out, Finally, you have to start visualizing your body diferently. Start seeing yourself as being skinny and it will keep you focused. I work at a military gym.
I lost 35 pounds in 3 months just adding running to my daily schedule.
Exercise. Remember, you can lose weight either by decreasing your calorie intake or increasing the number of calories you burn. Any health strategy should include both, but if you want to lose weight fast, exercise is essential.
Stay focused on being healthy, not on becoming thin
