How to tighten the skin and lose weight?
i am 15 years old. 5’3". and like 210 pounds. i am very over weight.
how can i lose weight healthy and tighten my loose and flabby skin.
i would like to get down to 130 or somewhere around there. my problem is i have like no will power to do it. i have tried many things but i never stick to it. please someone help me.
Also i am a very picky eater.
Find a program where you will start to see results. That way you will keep on being motivated to lose weight. If you don’t work towards it then maybe you don’t want it that bad. Just think of the upcoming results if you stick to it. Exercise, drink a lot of water, eat low calories and stay confident and motivated.
First of all to lose weight you must have some sort of plan. The plan should start out small and slowly build up as you go. For example, you decide to do 30min jogging 2 days in a week. Next week you do 3 days a week and so forth. Slowly build up your weight loss plan until it becomes part of your daily life. As for tightening the skin lift some weights, push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, any muscle training exercise. Also try to put these exercises into your plan. Start out slow and eventually you will see some amazing results, I promise you.
