I am 13 and I want a flat tummy, my mom said to do situps. How many do I need to do?
I am really self-conscious about this and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me. I need to know how many situps I need to do and how often I need to do them. Also, if this is not the right kind of exercise for a flat tummy, please tell me what else should I do? I don’t have any money so I can’t buy exercise equipment. Thanks for your help!
do as many sit-ups as u can 1 day, thn work ur way up each day. also, if u can, headstands and handstands make u use ur tummy muscles
Your mom was wrong. Aerobic exercise is what you want to do if you’re trying to lose belly fat. Try adding 30 minutes of intense walking or jogging 5 days a week to your daily life. Try that out for about 8-10 weeks and see what kind of results you get. If you want to strengthen those muscles and make them stand-out more then by all means perform situps, crunches, leg lifts, bird-dogs, and bicycles.
