Some people’s bodies can’t ever have a "flat" stomach because of the way their body is put together. If your organs take up more space than your ribcage and hip bones will allow for, then it has to go somewhere. And that’s "out."
I was downright skinny as a teen. My mom was a vegan who was also a horrible cook, so I spent much of my teen years half-starved because I couldn’t eat her food, AND I was a three-sport athlete, yet I still had a poochy belly. Then I joined the military and it still didn’t go away.
So, just keep fit and toned, and don’t worry about not having a flat stomach. It’s not in your genes.
I had same problem. Try a tiring sport like soccer.
more cardio different exercises other then crunches, no dessert or anything unhealthy. Its difficult but worth it
it does not have to be flat….maybe u have to take a shit
unfortunately, you cant target fat in your stomach, and crunches dont really help. i suggest running, jump roping, swimming, and weight lifting that focuses on toning your stomach. it will put some muscle on you, so you may gain some weight but youll look better and it will help your metalbolism. no junk food, and sat. fat. and i even just dance around like an idiot to my favorite songs
it gets your heart pumping, and i love it!
you need to do stomach pull ups start with situps two hundred in two minutes then do down board up situps lay at the borttom of the board and situp toward the top of the board then work up to hanging from
the pull up bar while lifting your legs to your chest if you do this a hundred times your gonna have a washboard.
cheers
If you are already doing crunches, then you might want to vary the exercises. Your stomach muscles might already be adjusted to the exercise or to the number of repetitions that you are doing so it doesn’t get worked out much anymore. Try to gradually increase the number of reps per set that you are doing, or try different crunch exercises.
Hope this helps!

try to flex your abs for as long as you possibly can and they will naturally stay contracted.
also try laying on your back, with your toes 4 inches of the ground, and your back about 6 inches off the ground, and hold. same effect.
