I cant seem to lose my belly fat no matter what i do. What should i try?
I try to exercise everyday and walk everyday and drink plenty of water and eat very healthy but no matter what i have a ton of excess belly fat that won’t go away and my Body fat is very high because of i. I’m not sure if i should try any of the fat burners on the market since i’m only 15 but it seems to be my only choice left. Any other ideas?
youre not working hard enough. burning 3500 calories= 1 pounds of body fat. that means you have to burn 500 calories during your workout every single day for a week to lose just 1 pound.

you might be eating to much of the healthy foods, not exercising enough, you have to sweat and feel a burn, also since you are a woman you will always have a small pouch around your stomach area.
