I have 23 days to get a flat stomach…help please?
hi i had a baby a few years ago and i never really tried to get rid of my "pooch" but it’s about an inch hanging over or so if that makes sense.. i’m not really fat, i just don’t have a flat belly and i am going to a ball in 23 days and i have a form-fitting dress i would like to have a flat stomach by then. my friend and i have been doing circuit training 3 days a week and my idea was to do cardio and abs every day as well. but what do i have to and how much exercise to get a flat stomach in 23 days? please help!!
what i mean is spanx would go too high up on my back and people would be able to see it because my dress is backless

lots. TONS. whenever you have a spare moment, work out. drink water. no sugar. no fast food.
if your watching TV for example, when the commercials come on, get down on the floor and do crunches and reverse crunches until your show comes back on.
buy a body shaper for underneath your dress. Spanx or the Kimoro body shaper. they are AMAZING. so light but super smoothing.
Lots of cardio, lemon detox could help it look flatter and a good pair of holder inners
They are called SPANX (pronounced like spanks) They are amazing!!! I’ll admit it, I’m a fat chick. I wear them almost everyday. And I promise more than half of the other ladies at that ball will have them on too. Fellow fatties or not. SPANX are for all sizes! Just be sure of 2 things. First get the high waisted kind. and second if you’re wearing a bra, put the SPANX on first so the bra will help hold them in place.
