i started doin something my uncle recomended and i have lost belly fat which never seemd to go
this is what i did on the treadmill i ran as fast as i could for 30 secs and then did a brisk walk for 20 secs … i did this could i couldnt run or walk anymore …this helped get rid of my body fat easily
youll see results in a month ..you should do this every other day or every other 2 days….
also reduce your caloric intake and you should lose the 70 pounds
also keep in mind the heavier you are the more easy it is to lose fat but it gets harder as you go along..just keep with it
