I have a 37″ waist…with proper diet and exercise, will i ever get a flat stomach (26 inches to 30 inches)
I have been jogging/using the stairmaster for for about two weeks, I lift weights, drink lots of water, and eat healthy. So far, I have lost 2 inches around my midsection.
If you continue with your exercise and healthy eating, I don’t see why you wouldn’t reach your goal. Keep up the good work…you’re doing well so far!
do crunches and sit ups
there the most efective.
