I have a flat stomach other than my lower stomach?
I’m not fat, I’m 97lbs and I can count my ribs
my stomach is flat, but my lower stomach has like iunno just extra skin? I dunno if its fat or what but yeah. I just don’t like it. I do a ton of situps and i exercise every day, for 3 hours..
how can i get rid of it?

lower stomach extra skins occur due to constiptation or gas….simple thing u can do….take sleep well…..make the sechdule time for breakfast,lunch and dinner and perfect time for sleeping…….when u wake up in morning…take 5 to 6 glasses of clean water without brushing…..after 1 hour …take breakfast…..regularly take sufficient water in a day…..dont put stomach empty…..take at least biscuits…follow the procedure for 1 month…..u will see the changes for the sake of almighty…………
