i need a list of foods i can eat if im trying to loose stomach fat ?
ive tryed diets but i couldnt follow them because i ad nothing to follow
i want a diverse list of foods that i can eat and i would like to have fast food once every week or so (if its possible)
also;i do enough exercise i just have bad eating habits help meeeeee pleaaase!
fruit, fish, grilled chicken, veggies.
or like instead of ice cream eat frozen yogurt.
and if you get fast food just try not to get a big mac and stuff.
try to get like a grilled chicken sandwich or something thats not so horrible.
