I need some tips on how to lose weight?

Im 5’5 and weigh 159Ibs, I want to get my weight back to at least 130! I love to eat out almost everyday, I drink about 3 cokes a day and love chocolate. Over the past two years i’ve blown up, I wanna loose the weight naturally. I have a treadmill, how often should I use it? Please share you weight lost stories or ideas, thanks
