I read an article about elevated levels of cortisol are often diagnosed with anxiey,and experianced weight gain, acne, rapid heartrate complications with oily hair and the remedy for all of these symptoms is cut back sugar and carbs, also try GREEN VIBRANCE, PLEASE, this cobination saved my life. 18 months later no anxiety, i lost 75 lbs and feel like a new woman, thank god. plese get tested for cushings syndrome. your post was a while ago i hope this helps. i wish you the best of luck

		<description>Losing weight or maintaining a healthy weight is done 80% in the kitchen and 20% in the gym. Start off with a healthy diet - lean meats such as chicken, fish, turkey, and flank steak; whole grains such as brown rice, wheat bread, whole grain pasta; vegetables; fruits; and healthy fats (in moderation) such as olive oil, nuts and legumes. Eating 5-6 small healthy meals a day (around 350 calories each) is important. Limit yourself to drinking water and occasional green tea. Eliminate all processed foods, sugary drinks, desserts, high fat foods, and fast food. 

Begin a workout regime that includes cardio and resistance training. The more muscle you have, the higher you metabolism is going to be, thus more calories you will be burning throughout the day. Cardio is imperative to burn calories and fat immediately, while resistance training will tone your body and keep you burning fat for up to 48 hours. Begin with 20-30 minute cardio sessions 4-5 days a week (interval cardio burns fat the quickest and boosts your metabolism compared to aerobic exercise). Start resistance training 3 days a week - Mondays - Chest/Triceps, Wednesdays - Legs/Back, Fridays - Shoulders/Biceps. If you want to incorporate ab routines, divide up your abdominal region too: Mondays - Upper Abdominals, Wednesdays - Obliques, and Fridays - Lower Abs.

		<description>sorry you feel so bad. try going for walks... maybe that will motivate you to do more physical things. walking feels good, being out in the sun and its not hard on you when you start. and when at home if your watching tv you can do small exercises ( squats, leg lifts...) while theres commercials on.
