I really want a flat stomach and a healthy diet….can someone help?
Im 5’6 and weight 120, i know most of you will think that, that is not so bad. Honestly, i feel like my body is fine except for my stomach area. I want to tone/flatten that area so i can feel more confident.

in the video above, i do that routine everyday.
however, what should i be eating , so that i can see fast results.
can someone tell me what to not eat and what to eat for meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)! and can someone share some other routines i can do?

check out the ab diet, its a book. there is one for women and men.
also its hard when your a teenager because you body can fluctuate so easily. just keep working hard and it will come in do time.
You need to find a real personal trainer and get on a real fitness plan. Don’t listen to the jerks in here.
