Me too. actually the same weight and age too. Everyone just said burn more calories than you eat, so run for an hour and eat about 1500 cals a day=] I hope it works for both of us.!

just eat healthy, and exercise more often. during meals eat a smaller portion. Oh and get the "Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred" it has some cardio in it and helps you flatten your abs
Allie is so right – if you want to lose weight, you either have to up the calories you burn or lower the calories you take in. don’t stop eating enough so you can’t get the stuff you need from food other than energy, also it is good to get some exercise even if you’re not just doing it to burn calories, so mix the two approaches – 1500-1800 calories per day is ok for your age and just slightly up the amount of exercise you do: you’ll both be sorted
