i want to get a flat, not gross disgusting stomach. any sugestions?
im not exactly fat, but im very self consious. summer is coming, we all know. and im dreading it. any body fat i have is carried in my stomach area. im called chicken legs. i have tiny legs and all but my stomach has extra weight. i dont want a amazing super model body but i just want a flat stomach.
any DIETS or EXERSISES that i could do to really see results.? i really just want something that actully gives me results. thanks.

It sounds like you should work on building your leg muscles also to balance out the rest of your body. Remember pop-eye, how strange his arms looked? Crunches will help your abs.
