i want to get a flat stomach?
im 5inches 6 feet. 17 years and i weigh 180 im all muscle my stomach is muscular but it has a little layer of fat covering it im trying to lose it to get a six pack any diets or excersises in mind let me know thanks

running or any other form of cardio is very important when trying to achieve abs. it helps reveal the abs more by cutting the fat away from the stomach. also doing different variations of stomach exercises such as crunches, jack knife situps and static holds will help with abs than just doing situps alone. also try to eat sufficient amounts of protein or the body will cannibalize protein stores in the body and cause muscle loss.
do a bunch of sit ups everynight.

if you do situps, curl up, v curls etc 3 sets of 20 each will be good as well.
also only eat protien and NO junk food at all.
such as veggies and fruits.

Rather you choose to believe it or not, you need fat, just not so much. And the way you just described yourself, I don’t see a problem at all. But then again, it doesn’t hurt to be healthy and in shape. Make sure you eat your fruits and vegetables (Lol. I hate to sound like a parent when I say that). Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to try to resemble models you see in magazine because most of it is not real.
