I want to get my stomach flat and I was thinking about taking hydroycut?
I want to get my stomach flat and I was thinking about taking hydroxycut along with dieting and exercising. Does Hydroxycut really work, can it harm me, and will I become dependent on it if i want to continue diet and exercise in the future without it? Thanx so much!
I’m not a strong supporter in dieting pills. Basically all they do is pump you full of caffeine and other things that give you energy – and also make you pee every ten minutes. This is to get rid of all the water weight you’re carrying, to give you the illusion of losing weight, but your body is much, much smarter than any pill, and to counteract the pill getting rid of all your water weight, your body will actually store MORE water to keep you from becoming dehydrated, and thus making you bloated.
As long as you eat a healthy diet and exercise everyday or every-other day, you’ll lose weight with no problem. If you do that for a month or so and you still haven’t lost any weight, talk to your doctor and maybe s/he can recommend something to help give you a little boost, but I wouldn’t start right away with the diet pills.
I took hydroycut and it made me hit the jon every ten minutes with painful cramps. Try one pill and see if it agrees with you because these are normal side affects to hydroycut.
It sounds dangerous. I would not use it.
Find someone to exercise with. Make sure your diet is healthy. I heard your diet is just as important as exercise.
To take short cuts like hydroycut is dangerous and not worth it.
Targetted weight loss is quite tough, some peeple would say impossible, however the one diet which clearly showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be viewed in the resource box underneath, they have a handful of free trials remaining, it has been featured in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I worked off 30 pounds, it clearly does work!
Hi,
Hydroxycut is one of the most popular fat loss supplements of all time. The original version had ephedrine
in it which has since been banned…and for good reason, yet Hydroxycut continued to be a top seller.
The manufacturer claims that taking the fat loss supplement will help you lose weight 4.5 times faster than diet and exercise alone. In two 8-week studies, participants in the study lost quite a bit more weight than the participants using diet and exercise alone(14.99 vs 3.06 lbs) and (12.54 vs 3.53)
Both groups followed diet and exercise programs although those were not detailed. The results are impressive if the subjects followed similar eating plans but it is not clear whether they did.
So does Hydroxycut work for everyone? No, nothing works for everyone. There are plenty of positive reviews on the various forums but there are some negative ones as well.
The only way it will work is if you are following a sound eating and exercise program. You simply cannot eat fast food every day and expect to lose weight by taking any fat loss supplement.
If you are eating well and exercising, many people have reported really good results with it. Make sure you cycle it, though or your body will adapt. Usually 6-8 weeks on with 1-2 weeks off(maybe more…everyone’s different) will work and keep your rate of fat burning high
In conclusion, Hydroxycut is an extremely popular fat loss supplement and judging from the user feedback, it may be worth giving a try…
