I want To loose Stomach fat……?
ima a guy
im 14 yrs old
like about 150-160 pounds
im 5’7"
im not really fat or really skinny
but i would like to loose stomach fat
so i can have a flat stomach an then probably work up to a
six pack in the future
so can you guys give me any ideas on what exercise i can do
that are effective an fast
or a work out rountine would be great to

doing at least 15 minutes of cardio workout everyday will burn off fat quickly….nothing like ab exercises to harden and create 6-pack abs….for myself, eating a low carb diet focuses on burning fatty areas of the bidy first…you may want to do Atkins and some ab workouts for best results
if you want a six pack run at least 2 miles a day to speed up your matabolism and cut down your calories depending on how much weight you want to lose
ps lift weights to keep your upper body muscle
FYI 3,500 calories are in a pound
