I wanted to know how i could get skinnier thighs?
I have a flat chest and stomach. But from my hips and bellow are huge. I wanted to know if there were any exercises i could do to make them smaller? I am 5’3 and 133lbs.

From my own experience, doing step up and down will help a lot. It sure help if you doing constantly.
I asked this question about 4 months ago. Basically, I got the same couple answers. Either it was jog for 45 min to an hour a day or try the elliptical 45min to an hour a day. It was for my friend, she did the elliptical & she lose 4 inches in 1 month. Good Luck!

try going to either a football stadium or a basketball gym and run the stairs a few times a day it works really well, you could try duck walks and squat jumps too, they’ll work great.
