Sit ups aren’t going to help. They’ll build the muscle under the fat. You need to diet or something similar to lose the fat.
sit ups may not help, you’ll most likely just form muscle under the fat.
You need to lose weight before you can see muscle (trust me, I have good abs but they are covered in flab)… get some real physical exercise in, like running or biking or other cardio. By getting your heart rate up this way you will burn the fat faster and then you will start to see some muscles. Good luck
Sit ups alone will not cause you to lose your belly fat. You need more variety in your abdominal exercises. Cardiovascular exercise will help to tone your body also. If you need some help with specifics, check out the website.
