well you should have included your height ..
but yea i think you should lose a few pounds.
your young so you can burn it off fast and get healthy
running is the best thing you can do
good luck = )
Weight is dependant on height and variety of other factors. 14 is a bad time to loose weight because your probably still growing. You gain weight before you grow taller, once you get your growth spurt the weight will redistribute in a healthy way.
Trying to loose weight while your young can have serious side effects. If your patient your body will sort its self out.
Cheers!
Hello! To lose weight you can eat healthier and keep up with sports and running. But remember that muscles weighs more then fat. I’m sure you have to go to a physical before sports start for school, so ask your doctor then. He or She knows best about your past. Good luck at football.

It depends on how tall you are. I just turned 15 and I am a little over 100 pounds and I am 5,6. Like you I run everyday.
I have not had any problems with my wieght but try to run farther eat better and dont eat more when you do more exersize because then you just gain weight. For instance running 5miles at 7-min a mile burns 600-700 calories and that is the same as two plain cheeseburgers. (that to me isnt alot) But I hope I helped.
I know, Dr. Swift at http://www.killweight.info REALLY helped me a lot through this. He has a free guide there.
