Im a 16 yr old female and Im pudgy but I have great will power. How can i get a flat stomach?
I go running every day and I eat pretty well and I’ve seen myself loose weight so I know it is not a genetic stronghold. I don’t need abs like a body builder i would like to look kind of like sporty spice.
Please give detailed advice.
Run for 75 miles a week. Do 100 situps every morning and night. Cut as much fat as you can out of your diet. You’ll get it.

-Run your usual distance or gain on it.
-Sit ups kind of help. Try doing sit ups with some weights.
-When you’re just watching tv rotate your hips kind of like your belly dancing but not fast like you’re exactly belly dancing.
-And eat very healthy foods.
It takes some time for people to get flat stomachs. Don’t go into special diets or anything because that will slow it down quite some more.

I would just do crunches, situps and leglifts every other day. Doing it nightly is bad. Just relax one day, the other day push you’rself really hard. goodluck!
