is it good for loose fat in stomach?
every day i do 20 situp in the morning and 20 in the evening after eating dinner.i eat twice a day,a cup of decafeinated tea in the morning,fruits in the afternoon,and rice ,vegetable chicken breast in the evening(4 hours before i sleep.i have loose weight but my goal is to loose fat in my stomach does it helps?
40 situps is basically like doing nothing.
Situps do not get rid of fat in the stomach.
Three things will help you:
1. Cardiovascular activity: get your heart working by running, playing a sport, going for a walk [but a fast walk]
2. Lifting weights: the more weights you lift, the more calories you burn, which in effect, reduces stomach size.
3. A healthy meal balance between lunch, breakfast, dinner: NOT A DIET!!
Yes it is good to loose fat in the stomache. Being chhunky in that spot causes High Blood Pressure, and all that. DIabetes. Avoid Salt (sodium) and Sugar.
try eliminating the chicken breast and eat more raw, fresh, organic, ripe fruits. That should help you lose stomach fat.
I think running would help you achieve your goals quicker. Doing situps just makes your ab muscles bigger (which could push the fat outwards and make your stomach appear even bigger!)
I think your best bet would be to run every day for 15-20 minutes (drink lots of water, this will help) *and* continue your sit up routine. This will (over time) give you a flat stomach and because you are doing situps, you will also have ripped abs.
Females, however, should not focus on sit ups as it will give them bigger abs (and I don’t find that attractive).
Keep on exercising and watching your diet. Depending on how tall and how old you are there are guidelines as to how many calories you should eat each day.
Perhaps you should join a health club where they can teach you specific exercises for belly fat shrinking.

well it should help but one of the best things to help with that is to go on a short run daily and as you get into shape lengthen those runs up and you use about 100 calories per mile and you might be able to go up to 8 miles an hour if not more
well u are doing good, and yes it is good for loosing fat in the gutt. but u gotta concentrate your effords more, instead of 20 20 20, do a routine work out every day of abs( sit ups crunches, pike ups and stuff as mamy as you can do) ya i mean get your ipod put on some rocky music and do sit ups and stuff liek crazy untill it hurts, yes untill your ab muscles are in true pain, do this every other day but just remeber u gotta keep them abs hurting or u get no results, so just pump it man keep that pain up( u will start liking the soreness pain as days go by), also do some cardio, go out for a run or play some basket ball, or football something that will get your heart going, since you are getting muscle in your stomach the cardio that you do will destroy much more fat than it has in the past. so trust me just do thisand your flat lean uber amazing abs will b there in less than 2 months

do more sit ups
i recomend doing this in the evening
you might want to do more situps, as well. 40 in a whole day is barely anything. i do at the very least 200 per morning, and as many as possible at night, depending how tired i am.
