is it possible for me to get a six pack or flat stomach in in about 6 weeks?
im about 5’10" – 5’11" and 198 lbs. is it possible to get a six pack or flat stomach in six weeks? ive lifted wieghts in the past im not that badly out of shape right now, i could probobly do about 27 pushups. diets and routines would be extremely appreciated. thank you very much.
When i work out, i do 3 sets of 20 crunches on the ab machine. That will keep your stomach flat (with your abs showing if you flex them). But to get a 6 pack that shows even when you don’t flex, well, that’s a whole other story.
Push-ups won’t help your abs you need to to ab and core workouts. Try planks (holding push-up position on elbows or hands keeping abs tight), basic crunches will help to, try supermans (lay flat on stomach and lift arms and legs, using gluts, hamstrings, and shoulders) and using a Roman chair. Also hold a medball while sitting in a v position and twist at the waist. Don’t forget to work your back to!
It really depends on how willing you are to work at it.
Daily sit ups and leg raises are a must. We’re talking about 100 of each.
Restrict your diet to lean protein, lowfat dairy, fresh fruit and veggies and whole grains. If there’s a layer of fat over your muscle you’ll never see it.
