Is it possible the reason a person doesn’t have a flat stomach is because not enough of protein?
Is this possible? I’m not fat at all. I know it has something to do with food because I workout all the time. I just don’t have a 6 pack or even at least a flat belly. Not enough protein in my diet is the reason for no flat stomach?
If you want a six pack you need to burn the extra fat and to gain muscle. You can’t do both simultaneously because to lose fat you need to be on a diet and burn more calories than you eat (by running, weights, etc…). To gain muscle you need to workout and to have more calories than you burn. And yes, to build muscle you need protein.
Your protein intake has nothing to do with it. Although protein is good for us what it does is allows cells to detect and react to hormones and toxins in their surroundings. They also work as antibodies to help resist against infection and keep us healthy. Some of the ways to get muscles are eat small meals every three hours your awake, Eat breakfast because it keeps your metabolism going and eat fibre.
