Is it possible to get your stomach completely flat (I’m a girl if that matters)?

My stomach has never been flat. I run almost everyday and do sit ups all the time, but it never gets flat. I had a 4 pack at one point (I got rid of it though because I don’t like looking all muscley lol) but I still had a little pouch. Right now, it sticks out like 1/4 an inch when I wake up in the morning but after I eat and for the rest of the day it’s about 1/2 an inch.
Is that good enough? because it doesn’t seem to want to get any flatter..
