Is it possible to have a flat stomach in 1 month?
I would like to have a flat stomach in one month, and i am not going to starve my self or anything unhealthy
so is there a *healthy* diet i could follow??
and a good exercise routine i could follow.
please i would appreciate any help,

Individual results vary as always. I cannot guarantee that you will have a flat stomach in one month because I have no idea where you are sitting right now. As far as a diet, the trick is not to stop eating! Try eating 5-6 small meals during the day. It will keep your metabolism going and will make your burn calories faster and more constantly.
The only way to lose weight is to do cardio. There is no miracle diet. Just make sure you are running, walking, biking, or playing a favorite sport for at least thirty minutes per day and the pounds should melt away.

It depends how out of shape you are. It is usually possible to lose 4-8 lbs. per month so if you are close to your goal weight you might be able to achieve a flat stomach in one month. Sometimes however people reach their goal weight and still do not have a flat stomach. You might need to eat fewer processed foods, white flour and sugar and exercise in addition to the weight loss.
