Is it possible to lose belly fat in 2 months?
i want s flat belly by june 09. not abs, just wanna lose my belly fat and love handels. is it possible to lose it all in just 2 months? if so, what kind of exercises should i do and what kind of meals should i avoid.

As a black belt in Tae Kwon Do I know a lot about fitness. Here are some great exercise to tone all of your body and to give you that perfect body. Do each exercise continuously with a 10 second break in between.
stomach 50 times each-
1.regular crunch
2.side crunch (left)
3.side crunch (right)
4.full crunch- get in a regular crunch position and elevate your feet off the ground. Moving your feet and shoulders with your hands that are across your shoulders try to touch them together. Make a ‘V’ shape each time.
5.regular crunch
arms 30 times each-
1.push-ups
2.plank
3.push-ups(again)
4.curling w/ weights
5.push-ups (again)
Buns and thighs 30 time each-
1.squats w/ weights
2.superman
3.wall sit (1 minute)
4.six inches- lay down flat on the ground face up and put your hands under your booty for support then bring your legs up off the ground about 6 six inches. Make sure your feet are together (2 minutes)
5.lounges with weights
6.squats w/ weights
7.Knees up-bring your knees up and down continuously (3 minutes)
Do these exercises and you’ll have the perfect body!
Avoid fats and sweets.
Drink alot of water everyday and just go for a 15 minute walk everyday.

I wanted to achieve the same thing too and was searching the net for an answer too and I chance upon this report.
It thought me a few things, including there’s no really such thing as true muscle isolation. Our body works better in movements and there’s almost always a nearby muscle group that will assist in some way with whatever movement we are doing.
