Is this a good way to lose belly fat?
I weigh 175 and my height is 5 feet 4 inches. Everyday I play tennis for an hour, and sometimes i play softball at night. 2 days ago i started doing crunches at night( i did 75 each night) and i will continue doing 75 each night to lose belly fat. I know how to eat healthy so please don’t give me any of that information. So, Is this a good way to get rid of belly fat?
You can’t lose fat by doing crunches, they just help to tone the muscles. The only way you lose fat is by doing cardio (excercise that gets your heart rate up) like your tennis and softball. But even then, you can’t lose fat in one area. You generally lose fat from the places where you have more fat at first, then it evens out.
So just keep up your tennis and keep doing your crunches to get amazing abs.
