Unfortunately, there is no way to “spot lose” fat. You can gain stomach muscles by doing crunches but if you diet or do cardiovascular workouts, like jogging, it will lower the fat percentage of your entire body, which wouldn’t of course be a bad thing. The best advice I can give you is to eat better so you will automatically lose some body fat and then do some sit ups and crunches to get those muscles showing so your belly will look flatter and firmer.

i just finnished doing the routine and it was exhausting :O
but i could relly feel the work on my muscles
running is the best exercise.
it is cardio, meaning it helps your heart.
what stresses your heart is a bad diet and over exercising.
i only did half of the exercise,but i already sweating like crazy!good exercise.

when your doing this can you take breaks between each exercise and circuit or does it have to be done 3 times with absolutely no rest?
@sxcbunny12 you can start by holding a push position until muscle failure. Keep doing this once each time before u sleep. You’ll get better. After the first pushup, you will improve at an exponential rate.
wow people u can even do 3 sec. of push up..i doo 5 minutes of curl ups nd 5 mins of push up every day nd im in good shape with six packs
can you seriously lose 7 pounds in one week with this routine and eating healthy? idk seems a little to good to be true…
this will actually work, it might look easy but doing it three times will tone the muscle in your body and burn fat. It might not have anything to do with the stomach but when you lose weight, you lose it everywhere not just in the area your trying to tone down.

i did it for 2 days so far and i am sore beyond belief
Just do lots of cardio like running, jump roping or fast paced sports. Also try eating 5 meals a day with smaller portions of food. That keeps you energized but doesn’t over due it. This is basically what I do, along with 100 sit-ups and 50 push ups a day.
